Charlene Fadirepo

Charlene Fadirepo is a banker, former regulator, and the founder of Guidefi, a fintech platform that connects Black women and other women of color with financial experts and wealth education courses. Charlene is a Bitcoin educator and consultant who focuses on helping women and small businesses learn about Bitcoin investing. Charlene is the co-host and creator of the Bitcoin In Nigeria Podcast, a monthly podcast that celebrates the innovators leading the Bitcoin Revolution in Nigeria.


Prior to Guidefi, Charlene led bank supervision audit teams at the Federal Reserve and was a management consultant on Wall Street.


Charlene is also a co-author of the 2021 Bitcoin policy book called Bitcoin and the American Dream.

Charlene studied Eléctrical Engineering at the University of Virginia. She also has a Masters in Business Administration in Finance from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.

Faniran Opeyemi

Faniran Opeyemi is a native of Osun State, Nigeria. Faniran started his art career at the tender age of 5 years old. He is a self-taught artist and created freelance pieces throughout middle and high school. He attended college at Joseph Ayo Babatola University, Ikeji-Arakeji, Osun State, Nigeria where he obtained his Bsc/Msc in Architecture.

Freelance art is my passion and I intend to use my gift to improve the world.I draw, I paint and I create. I have been interested in art and creativity all my life, I began creating at a very young age. I’m currently a freelance architect, an illustrator and a visual artist.
